Who sells these goods?
Bikren is an independent wholesaler. We are not the official Birkenstock shop. In-stock orders are dispatched from Germany.
Why are some Birkenstock styles visible but not for sale?
Those pages are in the catalogue so they can be turned on in Shopify when the goods reach our warehouse. Inventory is zero. The button stays disabled, and checkout will not take payment for them.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch from Germany, tracked UK mainland delivery is usually 3 to 6 business days. See the shipping policy for VAT and customs.
Can I return a pair?
Consumers can cancel within 14 days of receipt, and we also accept unworn consumer returns for 30 days. You pay the postage back to Germany unless the goods are faulty. Trade returns are explained in the refund policy.
How should I choose a size?
Choose the width first, then the length. If you are between lengths, take the larger size. The size guide uses US and EU marks.
